Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026
Draft for review. This Privacy Policy describes the data practices of a verification service that intentionally publishes links between public identifiers and retains records on a public blockchain. Because of that, and because the Service is operated from the United States, this draft should be reviewed by a qualified privacy attorney — with particular attention to the public-linkage, retention, blockchain-deletion, and California (CCPA/CPRA) sections — before publication. Remove this notice before going live.

This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service, and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Information We Collect

Information generated when You verify

The Service does not require an account, email address, name, phone number, postal address, password, or any government identification, and We do not perform identity (KYC) checks. The information We collect and record arises from the act of verifying:

Information from public third-party sources

To perform and maintain a verification, We read publicly available information from third-party services:

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically and may include Your Device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages You visit, the time and date of Your visit, and similar diagnostic data, as is typical for any website and its server logs.

Local storage and cookies

The Service uses browser local storage and/or essential cookies for functional purposes only, such as remembering Your connected Wallet between page loads and Your display preferences. We do not store Wallet private keys or recovery phrases. The Service does not use advertising trackers. You can clear this data through Your browser settings, though some features may not function without it.

How We Use Your Information

The Company uses the information described above to:

The Public Nature of Verified Data

The purpose of the Service is to make Verified Data public. You should assume that any verification You complete, and the links it creates between Your Wallet, username, domain, and/or X Account, are publicly visible and may be copied, indexed, cached, or redistributed by others.

Although each underlying identifier (a Wallet, an X handle) may already be public on its own, the Service creates and publishes a correlation between them that may not otherwise exist. By completing a verification, You consent to the creation, public display, retention, and potential sharing of that correlation. If You do not want a link between Your Wallet and Your X Account to be public, You should not verify them.

How We Share Your Information

We may share information in the following ways:

We do not sell Your information to advertisers, and We do not use Verified Data to serve advertising.

Data Retention

Because the value of the Service lies in a continuous, tamper-evident record over time, verification records, re-check history, and the associated snapshots are retained indefinitely, even after a verification lapses or an associated X Account is suspended or deleted. We retain Usage Data for shorter periods, except where We are required to retain it longer for security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Blockchain Data and the Limits of Deletion

Part of the Service operates on the XRP Ledger, a public, decentralized, and immutable blockchain that the Company does not control. Payment transactions used to prove Wallet control are recorded permanently on that ledger by its network, not by Us, and cannot be altered or deleted by the Company or by You.

As a result, even if We remove or de-list a verification from the Website at Your request, the underlying on-chain transaction will remain publicly visible on the XRP Ledger, and We may retain Our historical verification record where retention is necessary for the integrity of the Service, for fraud prevention, or to comply with law. Where We can honor a deletion or de-listing request with respect to data within Our control, We will; we cannot make representations about data on the public ledger or data already copied by third parties.

International Data Transfers

The Company operates from the United States, and the public XRP Ledger and the X platform operate globally. Your information, including any Personal Data, may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those of Your own. Your use of the Service represents Your agreement to such processing and transfer.

Security

The security of Your information is important to Us, and We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the data within Our control. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security. Note that the most sensitive items in cryptocurrency — Your private keys and recovery phrases — are never collected or held by Us.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and in no case from children under 13. If You believe a minor has provided information to Us, please contact Us and We will take reasonable steps to remove it from data within Our control.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where You live, You may have some or all of the following rights regarding Personal Data within Our control: the right to access a copy of it; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request erasure or de-listing, subject to the limits described in "Blockchain Data and the Limits of Deletion" and to Our need to retain records for integrity and legal compliance; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact Us at the address below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If You are a California resident, You may have the right to know what categories of Personal Data We collect and the purposes for which they are used; to request access to or deletion of Personal Data within Our control; to correct inaccurate Personal Data; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of Your Personal Data as those terms are defined under California law. To the extent that making Verified Data available to partners constitutes a sale or share, You may direct Us not to do so with respect to data within Our control by contacting Us at the address below. We will not discriminate against You for exercising these rights.

EU / UK Users (GDPR)

If You are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, You have the rights described above, and You may lodge a complaint with Your local data-protection supervisory authority. Our lawful bases for processing include Your consent (which You give by completing a verification), the performance of Our agreement with You, and Our legitimate interests in operating a trustworthy verification record and preventing fraud.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to websites not operated by Us, including the X platform and XRP Ledger explorers. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites. We advise You to review the privacy policy of every site You visit.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes are effective when posted.
